Kicking off another workday, Hilary Duff was spotted on the New York City set of “Gossip Girl” on 25th August’09. The “Lizzie McGuire” actress looked lovely as she made her way around the lot in between scenes, sporting a variety of different outfits. Speaking of her guest spot on the CW show, Hilary told press, “Everyone’s been really, really gracious to me and sweet to me. I’m a huge fan of the show. They called me and said come on and do a few episodes. I jumped at the chance”. Last night, Miss Duff headed out to Madison Square Garden to check out the Britney Spears Circus tour, in town for three straight nights.
