Amelle Berrabah once fell down a flight of steps when she was drunk. The Sugababes singer admits she lost her balance after drinking too much alcohol and trying to balance on towering high heels. She told BANG Showbiz: "I fell down some stairs once when I was drunk. I was smiling away and then I just pounded down right to the bottom. I was wearing heels and I missed a step and I literally went flying. It was really embarrassing, everyone was trying to help me, but I was saying, ‘Don’t touch me! I’m fine. But I had a laugh about it afterwards. You can’t take things too seriously. It was really embarrassing,  Amelle is not the only star to have embarrassed themselves while drunk. Lily Allen was reportedly thrown off Formula One boss Flavio Briatore’s yacht in France last summer. Lily, who appeared to be intoxicated, jumped overboard the vessel but had to be dragged out of the sea by crew members who feared she was drowning.
