Selena Gomez Receives Serious Death Threat
Selena Gomez has gotten a death threat – not the typical ones from the tweenaged Beleibers, but an honest-to-goodness scary one, in which Selena has even been granted a restraining order.
TMZ reports that 46-year-old Thomas Brodnicki, a man who has a criminal history of stalking, told his shrink that he wanted to kill the Wizards of Waverly Place star.
And it gets more frightening.
According to court documents filed by Selena and her lawyer, Blair Berk, Brodnicki told his therapist that he’d traveled from Chicago to Los Angeles to meet the star – and even went to her place of work at least three times. He’s also admitted to others that he’s had “conversations with God” about killing Selena.
The LAPD are not taking this matter lightly because of this man’s history of mental illness and previous threats.
