Amy Winehouse’s London Home Is Being Converted Into Charity Headquarters
Amy Winehouse’s father, Mitch, is creating a foundation in Amy’s name to carry on her legacy and Mitch has decided to convert Amy’s London home into the headquarters.
Mitch hasn’t formally released the business model and charitable focus of The Amy Winehouse Foundation but he did state that it would be partially funded by the proceeds of Amy’s last duet with Tony Bennett on the song “Body and Soul”, which will be featured on Tony’s new album, “Duets II”.
Mitch also said that “the foundation is going to help thousands of people.”
Mitch plans on releasing the details of foundation on September 14, which would ahve been Amy’s 28th birthday.
